Prefabricated Scaffold Tower
The one day course covers regulations and standards, an introduction to mobile access towers, tower assembly, stability, safe use of towers, moving towers, and inspection of component parts, safe dismantling and storage. Mobile towers are light and easy to erect and are incredibly versatile and are ideal for jobs of a few hours duration. Used correctly, they are not hazardous and are usually a lot safer than trying to work from a ladder, but however, people do take them for granted. The Work at Height Regulations 2005, require that the assembly, dismantling or alteration of Mobile Access Towers should only be undertaken by a competent person, or under the supervision of a competent person if being trained. A full, supervised practical session ensures that operatives are competent to erect and dismantle typical scaffolds. ![]() |
